Tri Horizons Individualized triathlon coaching for all levels, all distances: beginner to experienced, sprint to

Personal coaching offered for interested women and men of any level of ability, who are looking to finish their first triathlon, improve their current skills, choose a new triathlon goal or distance, or simply just cross train in the 3 disciplines of swimming, biking and running. Other topics taught include sports nutrition, triathlon transitions, injury prevention, and training in the off-season.

Bridget Sherratt is a USAT certified Triathlon Coach, a Nationally Ranked All American triathlete and multiple time member of TEAM USA.
