Excellent way to close out the summer . After being remarried on August 16, I received the honor of being promoted to Shichi Dan (7th degree black belt)on August 27 in isshinryu Karate by my Sensei , Ms Felenczak at our association’s 50th karate camp . It’s very cool to have received this honor as such a momentous camp . More pictures to come of the week highlighting many of my awesome students who attended camp

The July birthdays and birthday blocker celebrations roll on !

Happy 9th birthday(July 28) to Purple Belt 2, Benjamin (Ben) Moshenberg . The middle of the Moshenberg trio that attends classes Tuesdays and Thursdays. Ben will be attending his third karate camp this August and always comes to class with a great attitude , a curiousity to learn and a smile .

Happy 5th birthday ( July 26) to Orange Belt , Connor Wieners. Connor attends class every Thursday and brings joys to his training with an eagerness to learn . He is my assigned Outside Karate Light reminder assistant 🙂 and is a pleasure to have
