Founded by Manav Shah, SPFHS. My name is Manav Shah, a Junior at Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School and a local resident dedicated to bridging the digital divide. Through Seniors Bridge to AI, I provide free, accessible resources and workshops to help our senior community navigate artificial intelligence with confidence and safety. My goal is to ensure that no neighbor is left behind as technology evolves

Language should never be a barrier to connection- and today Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA , we proved it’s not. 💬✨

At today’s Seniors Bridge to AI workshop, something truly incredible happened. For the first time, we had seniors who primarily speak different languages start a real, flowing conversation using AI translation tools. Watching two people who previously couldn’t exchange a word engage in a deep, animated conversation for the longest time was pure magic.

Hearing the applause from the room afterward made me emotional. When I started this initiative as a 17-year-old, moments like this-seeing technology actually bring people closer together and hearing their stories, are exactly what I hoped for.

Technology is powerful, but human connection is everything.
Here’s to breaking down barriers, one conversation at a time. 🤝💙

🍛🍔Teaching tech to seniors is great, but wait until food gets involved.

At 17, showing this group how AI can revolutionize everyday recipes had them completely locked into the demo - proving that innovative ideas and a passion for good food have no age limit

The most FUN and engaging crowd Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA

Thank you YMCA Fanwood Scotchplains for the partnership & an opportunity to present to our Senior community!
