Sometimes you don’t need ongoing help. You just need an extra set of hands when life gets busy.

The Nanny Hub is expanding our per diem services to include Family Assistants, giving families access to trusted household support when they need it, without committing to a regular weekly schedule.

Our Family Assistants can help with things like:

• Family laundry and organization
• Light household tasks
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Returns and package drop-offs
• Meal prep
• Household organization
• Family scheduling and administrative tasks
• Getting your home back on track after a particularly busy week

Just like the caregivers in our Babysitter’s Club, our Family Assistants are personally screened and fully vetted by The Nanny Hub before being available to our families.

Whether you need help preparing for a busy week, catching up after vacation, getting organized before a new baby arrives, or simply taking a few things off your plate, you can now book a Family Assistant as needed.

Because sometimes, a few hours of the right help can make all the difference. 🤍

Hi, I’m Jillian, founder of The Nanny Hub. Before starting the agency in 2017, I spent decades working as a professional nanny and educator. I know firsthand how special it is when a nanny and family truly find the right fit.

That experience is why I built The Nanny Hub, and why I still personally play matchmaker in every search we take on. I get to know the families we work with and the candidates we represent because the things that make a placement last aren’t always found on a résumé.

I look at experience and qualifications, of course, but that’s only part of the picture. I also pay close attention to personality, communication, expectations, and family dynamics.

Because there’s a big difference between someone who can do the job and someone who is truly right for your family.

I know what it feels like to find the right family. My goal is to create that same connection for every nanny and family we have the privilege of bringing together.
