Guests had the opportunity to meet Bond, hear more about his work and explore his exhibition, “Beyond the Ridge,” which officially kicks off the 2026-27 Art Space season.

There’s still time to experience the exhibition for yourself. “Beyond the Ridge” will be on display through Oct. 2.

From the classroom to conservation in the field! 🌱
Second-year Agricultural Science student Isabella Whitsel spent her summer gaining hands-on experience with the Student Conservation Association at Raystown Lake. As part of Penn State Schuylkill’s Co-Op Program, Isabella gained hands-on experience in habitat restoration — including helping to protect turtle nests that were laid on the turtle mounds, one of the projects she’s especially proud of this summer.
A big thank you to Isabella’s supervisor, Shannon Wray, for helping make this experience possible!
