Calling all businesses, nonprofits, families and community groups! It’s time to start creating your scarecrow for the Schuylkill Scarecrow Festival!

Taking place throughout Southern Schuylkill County in October, the inaugural outdoor festival invites participants to “Create Something from Nothing” using materials they already have. At least 80% of each scarecrow must be made from repurposed, reclaimed or recycled materials.

Monday, September 21- Apple Cider Social with the Alumni Society Leadership Committee
Kick off the week with a casual gathering featuring apple cider, conversation, and an opportunity to connect with fellow alumni and volunteer leaders.

Tuesday, September 22 - Campus Tours with the Lion Ambassadors
Take a walk down memory lane and see what's new on campus with guided tours led by our student Lion Ambassadors.

Wednesday, September 23- Pressed Petal Workshop
Get creative and learn the art of pressed flower design during this hands-on workshop.

Thursday, September 24- Alumni Night Out at Black Rock Brewing
Reconnect with classmates and fellow alumni for an evening of networking, conversation, and community at Black Rock Brewing.

Friday, September 25- Flashback Friday on Social Media
