We had a blast with our celebration of America this summer. Our musical tribute "America 250" was a hit. What a great way to celebrate America's birthday! 🇺🇸

Thanks to all who participated in the class and thanks to all that came to see the show! Here's some of our favorite memories from the show.

While we celebrated America this summer, we also started planning for our exciting 26-27 performing arts season. Stay tuned for updates on our fall production, Disney's Frozen the Broadway Musical! Audition information coming soon!

Join us on Wednesday, July 15 at 6:30 p.m. in the DC Everest Senior High Theater for an evening of music, energy, and patriotic pride presented by our **Freedom to Perform** summer school students entering grades 6–11 .

What an incredible week celebrating the performing arts at DC Everest! 🇺🇸🎭

From our *Freedom to Perform* summer school students sharing a special preview of their **America 250** musical review, to the inspiring Kids from Wisconsin workshop and an unforgettable evening performance from the Kids from Wisconsin , our students and community experienced the power of music, dance, and live performance in so many meaningful ways.

We are grateful to the Community Foundation for making this opportunity possible through its generous grant support. Because of this investment, our students had the chance to learn from, perform alongside, and be inspired by the Kids from Wisconsin, while our community enjoyed an outstanding evening of live entertainment.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this celebration of music, dance, and community such a tremendous success. We can't wait to see you at our next performance! ❤️🤍💙

🇺🇸 Our **Freedom to Perform** Summer School class had the incredible opportunity to present a special preview performance before the **Kids from Wisconsin** concert on Tuesday—and they absolutely rocked it! 🎭🎶

We couldn't be more proud of these talented students as they performed selections from their original musical review, **"America 250."**

What an incredible night! 💙🎶

A huge **THANK YOU** to the Kids from Wisconsin for bringing your talent, energy, and inspiration to DC Everest! What fun workshop and an amazing performance—you had our audience singing, clapping, and smiling from beginning to end.

Our DC Everest Performing Arts Summer School students even created a video review after the show...and let's just say, they're **RAVING** about what they experienced! 🌟 From the incredible vocals and dazzling choreography to the live band and unforgettable energy, they couldn't stop talking about how inspiring the performance was.

Thank you for sharing your gifts with our community and for inspiring the next generation of performers. We were especially proud to welcome our hometown Kids as they performed on their home stage!

Safe travels as you continue your summer tour. We hope to see you back at DC Everest again soon! ❤️🤍💙
