At Grace Place, we are more than a childcare center—we are a family.

It feels like just yesterday they were coming through our doors as tiny babies in their car seats, drinking bottles, and reaching those first little milestones.

Then, right before our eyes, they begin to grow. Their personalities blossom, their first steps turn into running feet, bottles become sippy cups, and before we know it, those tiny babies are walking through our doors carrying their own backpacks.

We get to watch them learn to walk, hear new words, see friendships form, celebrate accomplishments, wipe away tears, share lots of hugs, and watch each child become their own amazing little person.

There is something so special about realizing just how much they have grown—and knowing we were blessed to be there for so many of those little moments along the way.

They may start at Grace Place as tiny babies, but while they are here, they become part of our family. ❤️

Watching them grow is one of the greatest joys of Grace Place.

☀️ Fun Friday at Grace Place! ☀️
Our Big Kids enjoyed some outdoor playtime before the San Antonio heat came blazing! From playing Duck, Duck, Goose and riding bikes to rock climbing and enjoying the playground, they had a great time getting outside, moving their bodies, and having fun with friends! 🚲🛝💛
Nothing like a little fresh air and Friday fun!

Our infants always look forward to their buggy rides! Getting some fresh air, enjoying a change of scenery, and watching the bubbles. 🫧☀️ It’s the small things in life that make them smile! ❤️👶

Wednesday at Grace Place!

Our classrooms were busy learning, creating, exploring, and playing today! ❤️ The children practiced sight words, learned about the letter B and different types of balls 🏈⚽🏀, explored the sensory board, enjoyed time simply playing and exploring in their classrooms, and shared lunchtime together.

🍕 We also had a special treat! Ms. Karen brought Mattenga’s pizza to celebrate her birthday with the class. Thank you, Ms. Karen!

🎉 We’d also like to wish Ms. Chris and Ms. Amanda a very Happy Birthday today! 🎂🥳

💕 And sometimes it’s the simple moments that are the most special—watching our little ones grow, carrying their own backpacks, and holding their parents’ hands as they head home. 🎒🤝 These little everyday moments remind us just how quickly they’re growing up!

📚🍎 Happy First Day of School! 🍎📚

Our Grace Place Learning Center staff is ready for an amazing school year! ❤️ We kicked off the first day in our fun matching shirts, excited to welcome both our returning families and those joining us for the very first time.

Here’s to a year filled with learning, laughter, friendships, and unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to watch each of our little learners grow and thrive throughout the 2026–2027 school year!
