ESE a coaching collaborative with 4 different types of coaches for the athlete. We offer training/coaching services for running, swimming, biking, and triathlon. Our mission is to bring aspiring and seasoned athletes together to learn skills and provide support. Whether the athlete wants to explore something new or improve on their current ability, Empire State Endurance is a welcoming collaborative group that shares knowledge, experience, and skills in order to help you become an overall healthy athlete. Empire State Endurance's vision is to create a welcoming team of athletes of all levels who feel empowered to try something new or expand their current skill set. ESE focuses on providing a network of resources for athletes that fosters personal growth with cultivating a supportive community.

It was a wet one yesterday! Although the weather wasn't perfect, everyone walked away happy with their strong efforts for the first iRun Saratoga Half Marathon ! 🙌 There was a lot of positive feedback about the race, so this will definitely be on the list of races to do.

has been training hard for the upcoming 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon to benefit ALIVE Rescue, an organization that represents a cause that is very important to her, protecting the lives and the welfare of animals. If you have run with Laura, you have stopped on runs for donkeys, alpacas, cows, goats and have even tried to rescue birds and chipmunks.

We will be having a fundraiser run to help raise money for Laura's cause during the Stockadeathon Preview Run October 4th - 1 week out from her marathon! Come support a fellow runner, see the Stockadeathon course (or part of it) and stay for food and drinks at !

It was a sunny cool morning for ASPIRE ATHLETIC CLUB® L.E.A.D Community 5k. It had a great turnout with fantastic efforts from Scott Heller and Brandon Connors!

Brandon finished with a 30 second PR and now has a benchmark to work with. 💪👊 2026 is still in full swing!

Good luck to all athletes running this weekend!

Brandon Connors and Scott Heller will be running ASPIRE ATHLETIC CLUB® inaugural L.E.A.D. Community 5k at Mohawk Harbor Saturday.

Coach Taylor Mead Alisa Danielle Ashton Swift and Coach Jamie Davenport will be running the inaugural iRun Saratoga Half Marathon on Sunday.

Join us for a Stockadeathon preview run October 4th at the Horses Lounge. This is not your typical preview run as we are starting about 6 miles into the course.

We will catch the course from Central Parkway, run through the park to Vale Cemetery then continue through downtown to State Street then continue through course. It will be best practice to know the course.

After, hang out for food, drinks and good company.
