“I’m not sore after my EMS workout… did it even work?”
We hear this question often.
The answer is YES - soreness is not a measure of how effective your workout was.
EMS uses electrical impulses to create controlled muscle contractions while you perform exercises, providing an additional training stimulus.
Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) can happen, particularly when you’re new to training, return after a break, or increase the intensity. But you don’t need to feel sore after every session to make progress.
Instead, look at what really matters: -strength
-movement quality
-function
-consistency
and how your body adapts over time.
💪Train for progress - not soreness.
