"Reflective Cello: Melodies of Memory", a concert with cellists MCM Director Brian Hoffman, Eun Kim, special guest Leslie Hamric, and pianist Yoahn Kwon. The concert will take place at MCM. It is free to attend. Donations will be accepted.

We are very proud of our students' performances at their solo recitals this past weekend! Thank you to all the friends and families who joined us for the recital and for the constant encouragement given to the students throughout the year!

We're looking forward to student recitals this weekend at All Saints Lutheran Church, 630 S. Quentin Road, Palatine. Break a leg!

Congratulations to flute student Leyna Kim, who earned an Honorable Mention in the Chicago Flute Society competition, an impressive achievement, especially in her first time competing! Leyna, a student of Jeanne Bae, was selected among 60 participants from Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Minnesota. She was accompanied by MCM piano instructor Young Hee Park.

We are thrilled to announce the 2026 Spring Masterclass with Special Guest, David Cunliffe, cellist with the celebrated, Grammy-nominated Lincoln Trio!
