☀ Summer Registration Hours ☀
Parents and guardians of children who will be new students at District 54 schools for the 2024-25 school year can register this summer at Hale Elementary School, 1300 W. Wise Road in Schaumburg. Registration will be held June 24 through July 11 (closed on Fridays) by appointment only. For more information on the registration process, visit sd54.org/registration.
We're excited to share that we will have a student performing at the Juneteenth Suburban Block Party on June 22!
The event is from 2-6 p.m. at (Kenneth & Catherine Ender Pavillion), hosted by .jr and Jewell Hillery. Make sure to pack a blanket, chair and sunscreen! This is a free event.
The Dooley Chorus will be opening the event alongside musical group, Harmony and Soul, by singing the Star Spangled Banner and Lift Every Voice. At 3 p.m. solo student performances will start.

District 54 has some exciting opportunities for students to continue learning throughout the summer months! Soar into Summer Learning by challenging yourself in six topic areas - Language & Culture (including some for our English Learners), Literacy, Math, Science, Social-Emotional, and Social Sciences. Mrs. Hernandez, Mr. Pascual, and Mrs. Nuñez represented Addams today as they presented at the . Their presentation helped other schools explore diverse cultures, traditions, and perspectives by using data to promote student involvement, unity, and belonging. Moreover, they provided other schools in the district with the foundation needed to begin developing a Multicultural Club in their buildings.

Speaking of graduation, as Mr. Bingen said on Sunday at Wintrust Field, he is graduating 8th grade after 11 years of being the principal at Addams! Happy last day of school!
