The State of Our Union is solidified with each family, school, team, and stakeholder who becomes a part of our network. Three key components – called “the Triad” – guide our principles as well as our mission. Our success comes from the Triad working together, in cooperation and collaboration.

Students, Parents, Staff – and at the core is student enrichment, engagement, and achievement.
Each component of the Triad strengthens the other, as we have come to embrace that our legacy was built together, with each school.

We are builders of communities, for present and future generations, and we firmly believe that there exists no more prominent service than our commitment to education.

From the campuses of 42 of today to the addition of new schools, families, and communities of tomorrow, we will forever strengthen one another to achieve our main objective: to create opportunities whereby students unleash their potential, to ultimately produce a more productive and peaceful society.

We are proud of our accomplishments, and we will continue to pursue avenues of excellence for ALL of our students. Our target is to be united in our mission, aligned in our goals, and to succeed as a collective whole. We celebrate together, we win together, and we blaze new trails together, united in our dedication towards improving lives.

We conclude our week-long tribute to our new students, teachers, staff, and families with a message of gratitude.

It is not easy to be somewhere new, and we want you to know that we appreciate your willingness to contribute to the greater Concept Schools network. You are a part of our family, and we are here to help.

We celebrate our newest teammates by welcoming them - not just at the Concept Schools office, but across the network!

Welcome Autumn Damann, our new Director of English Education!

In her role, Autumn will partner with school and regional leaders to strengthen inclusive English instruction, support new and veteran educators, and help ensure every student is prepared for success in college, career, and beyond.

To be the new boy/girl/kid/teacher at your school can be intimidating, regardless of grade. Part of it is the excitement of the unknown, and another part is worrying over the unfamiliar or different.

As a Charter Public School Network that is open to ALL, Concept Schools would like to salute all who recently joined us. For this week, we will highlight and welcome our new students, staff, teachers, and members of the community who will help shape the course of the year.

This time is for all of us, and one day we hope to look back and remember this time as the moment we launched towards greatness and success, together!
