Today is International Women’s Day and this year’s theme is .

We’re proud to share that more than two-thirds of our team and more than half of our leaders are women – globally.

At Keypath, our differences are our greatest strength and result in better business. But this is simply an outcome of what is fundamental to who we are and what we believe in – diversity, equity and inclusion. This means being bold in acknowledging issues, taking meaningful action to measure against them and committing to the collaborative and ongoing process of learning and growth.

Our learning continues this week as we’re hosting our annual Global Women in Leadership Ask Me Anything Panel, highlighting some of the incredible women at Keypath who are leaders in various aspects of their lives.

Keypath Pride Month 2021 What does Pride Month mean to you?

The Keypath Team is excited to be celebrating Pride Month around the Globe! Throughout the month of June, we’ll be sharing resources internally, discussing LGBTQ+ inclusion initiatives and hosting a global Ask Me Anything panel with Keypathers from across our offices.

In addition, we’re proud to announce that our Australia team has been acknowledged as a bronze employer of the year recipient in the Australian Workplace Equality Index, Australia's definitive national benchmark on LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. This recognition is a testament to our belief that diverse and inclusive is not just a policy at Keypath - it's who we are.

We're thrilled to announce that we've expanded our strategic partnership with 2U! Together, Keypath will be launching a partnership with Pepperdine University School of Public Policy, where we will be managing the online Master of Public Policy and Leadership program.

We will also be inviting some of the incredible women from all over the globe who are part of the Keypath team to speak on a panel and share stories about how they are leaders in all areas of their personal and professional lives.

Diversity & Inclusion at Keypath | Keypath Education

We are so proud to have partnered with Chicago HOPES for Kids as we embrace our Back-to-School Fundraiser this month. Today, Keypath donated 16 laptops to multiple homeless shelters in Chicago to help our children in need with their academic goals, their eLearning assignments, and keep moving forward during these challenging times.
