🍝🇮🇹 Little Italy Week! 🇮🇹🍕

We brought a little taste of Italy to the kitchen! I have only one word to describe it all, “Buonissimo!”

What we made:
🍨 Gelato
🍕 Calzones
🍝 Polpette in bianco
🍋 Lemon ricotta cookies
☕️ Tiramisu
🍲 Minestrone soup
🥔 Gnocchi
🥖 Biscottis

We also got a very special visit from local food influencer, thehungrymainer , who got to make gnocchi with us and watched us get a bit chaotic with Pizza Pursuit 😅

A week full of bold flavors and creative combinations. These chefs mixed traditional Asian-inspired flavors with fun new twists to create delicious new dishes. Sometimes the best recipes are the ones that break the rules!

Latin Fiesta Week was full of bold flavors, colorful ingredients, new recipes, and adventurous chefs who were ready to try new flavors!

One week. Countless sweet creations. 🍰✨

Our ‘Dessert Discoveries’ campers whisked, mixed, baked, decorated, and (of course!) taste-tested their way through a week full of delicious treats. Along the way they practiced kitchen skills, built confidence, made new friends, and discovered that the best ingredient is having ‘sweet’ fun together.
