As a POP community member posted, two great men in a week,
Msgr. Rowan and now Msgr. Heinlein. May they rest in peace.

Prayers are requested for the repose of the soul of Msgr. John Rowan, former pastor of St. Lawrence the Martyr, who was buried this week from St. Lawrence. There will be an additional memorial Mass at 10:30am, at St. Francis de Chantal Church, Wantagh,this Saturday-April 20th.

FEMA and FCC Plan Nationwide Emergency Alert Test for Oct. 4; Test Messages Will be Sent to All TVs, Radios and Cell Phones
Test is planned for tomorrow, October 4th, starting at 2:20PM.

It is suggested that:
1. Those who live in an abusive situation and have a “safe phone” silence that phone prior to the scheduled alert.
2. Parents and teachers should explain to students that the test is scheduled so they are aware.
3. Families and neighbors should be sure elderly/in-firmed are aware of the test as well.

Praying for those who died and for all those touched by this tragedy
