"We start string instruments in fourth grade because the difficulty level is so high. Everyone on this stage remembers struggling to make that first squeaky note. We all know the feeling of self pride you get after performing. But the point of these concerts is not only to show how much we have progressed, but also to inspire all the younger players to keep on going.
