New Life Community Preschool

It has been a busy winter here at school. P is for pajamas and S for snow. God has given us plenty of snow this year to play with. 🙂

New Life Community Church will be having Vacation Bible School (VBS) this summer August 10 - 14 for children who have completed kindergarten through fifth grade. This is another way we can bless our community as we have fun learning more about Jesus!

This week at school we learned about voting but we learned even more about animals at a petting zoo. The children got to meet Cookie Dough and Chocolate - the goats, along with Munson - the llama. A very special "thank you" to the ladies at Long Island Yarn & Farm and Cornell Cooperative Extension. We appreciate you and all you do!

What a wonderful week at school learning about fire safety and fire prevention with the SFD. Thank you to all our local firefighters and all they do!

We are only in week two of this new school year and the children are doing GREAT! We are so blessed to live here and enjoy this beautiful season of autumn. We're very thankful.

- our students have an intensive academic program while also able to have fun experiencing new things
- our students learn in a loving, Christian environment where they can grow in their self-confidence both as a student and an individual
- our students grow to love school and learning so they can flourish in Kindergarten
- our program runs from 9:30 AM – 12:15 PM so there is time for your child to further develop his/her socialization skills with classmates after school on the playground
- you also get to connect with other like-minded parents

These children also learned about having a heart for others and together raised approximately $350 towards new bicycles for local children in need. Even at four and five years old, you can make a difference!

God is so good, and this has been such an amazing school year! We will be praying for these children in kindergarten next year and wish you all a very happy summer! Have fun and keep reading!!
