The power is in your hands!

Like anything else, *responding vs reacting* is a learned skill and it takes practice. Once we start choosing to pause and breathe, it give us time to respond vs react.

Did you know that using the Wish Deck cards helps people of any age who have a hard time with effective communication, conflict resolution? The cards act as a gentle buffer in a way that allows more space for compassionate dialogue. It gives you time to find your words to express yourself and allows the other person to suspend their reactions while you share your inner voice and feelings.

Unlike the old battle mentality of win/lose, speaking your truth and holding space for effective listening is a win/win paradigm shift!

When in doubt, just remember, the choice is yours, practice makes progress and I believe in you!
