📣 Calling All Vendors!

The Savoy Loop Race is growing! This year, we're excited to add a Craft Fair as part of this beloved community event and fundraiser for Emma L. Miller Elementary School.

We're looking for local artisans, makers, crafters, farmers, small businesses, and other vendors to join us for a fun day supporting our school and community.

Vendor fee: $25 plus a donation to the Chinese Auction.

🏃‍♀️The Savoy Loop Race is almost here!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 12th! The Savoy Loop Race kicks off at 10:00 AM, and we hope you’ll join us for a fun-filled day supporting our small school.

💙 You don’t have to be a runner to attend! Come cheer on participants, enjoy the atmosphere, and help support our school. Every spectator makes a difference!

🏅 Runners: Registration is OPEN! Sign up today at SavoyLoopRace.org and be part of this year’s event.

🎨 NEW THIS YEAR: We’re excited to welcome a Craft Fair! If you’re interested in becoming a vendor, please send us an email at [email protected]. We’d love to have you join us!

We’ve partnered with Whitney’s Farm to offer beautiful, locally grown hanging baskets—perfect for Mother’s Day or adding some color to your home this spring!

All proceeds go toward a brand new playground for our students 💚

🤠 Country Western Dance for Emma Miller Elementary 🤠

YEEHAW!

Grab your boots and join us for a fun night at the Savoy Firehouse!

📅 Friday, May 1st
⏰ 6:00 – 7:30 PM

Open to Emma Miller students and families—students must have a parent or guardian present.

✨ Come dressed in your best country western outfit and receive a raffle ticket at the door for a chance to win a gift card (winner announced during the dance!)

🎟️ Entry is by donation at the door
(Cash, check, or Venmo accepted)
All proceeds go toward our new playground equipment

🍿 Snacks & drinks will be available for $1 each (cash only)

🤝 We’ll be sending out a volunteer sign-up soon—we’d love as many helping hands as possible!
If you’re unable to volunteer, donations of snacks or drinks are always appreciated.

WOW… what an incredible week! 💛

Thanks to the generosity of our Emma Miller families and friends, we raised an amazing $3,877.83 during our Change-A-Thon!

This truly brought us one step closer to making our goal of new playground equipment a reality—and we couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you.

A big congratulations to our 3rd & 4th grade classroom on their first place win! 👏 And to all of our classrooms—what an effort across the board. Every bit of change, every dollar, made a difference!

We’re so grateful for this community and the way everyone showed up. We can’t wait to keep the momentum going—stay tuned for what’s next.
