🍕🥧 Time for Red Wheel! Our annual Red Wheel fundraiser is officially underway, and we need everyone’s help to make this year our biggest success yet. Every order directly supports our PTO, school events, field trips, and special projects for our students throughout the year.
Student Goal: 14 items per student!
‼️Firm Deadline: All order forms and payments are due Tuesday, October 20th — NO EXCEPTIONS.‼️
Send order packets with payment in your student’s backpack to turn in directly to their homeroom teacher!
From their crowd-favorite frozen pizzas and crispy egg rolls to delicious pies, enchiladas, and cookie dough, Red Wheel makes quick weeknight dinners and holiday treats easy to stock up on. Share order packets with family, neighbors, coworkers, and friends!

We are excited to introduce our PTO Classroom Coordinator Program! Classroom Coordinators will serve as an important connection between the PTO, teachers, and families while helping us create organized, fun experiences for our students throughout the school year.

Each classroom will have ONE Classroom Coordinator. If more than one parent/guardian signs up for a classroom, the coordinator will be randomly selected by the PTO Board using a randomized wheel so everyone has an equal opportunity.

✨ What will a Classroom Coordinator do?

• Assist the teacher with classroom needs and help communicate PTO events, fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, and important information to classroom families.
• Help recruit parent/guardian volunteers when needed.
• Plan and organize classroom holiday parties! 🎉 This is a new addition to the Classroom Coordinator role this year. Coordinators will help organize party stations, activities/games, volunteers, snacks and drinks, and the overall flow of the party.
• Work with other coordinators of your grade level and our Special Events Chair, Ambra, as we get closer to the school carnival to plan a themed basket for each grade level to raffle at the carnival. 🎟️🎁

Parents who are selected as Classroom Coordinators will receive a detailed informational sheet explaining how classroom parties will work, coordinator responsibilities, guidelines, and what PTO will provide during this first year of the program. We want everyone to feel prepared and supported!

We are so excited for this new adventure and the opportunity to work even more closely with our amazing staff and families. Our hope is that this program helps create a safe, organized, and FUN environment for classroom celebrations while giving parents another meaningful way to be involved at MCES. 💛🖤

🖤💛 HAPPY PTO APPRECIATION DAY! 💛🖤

Today we want to take a minute to recognize our amazing MCES PTO Board & Committee Chairs — the people who work behind the scenes all year long to help make the magic happen at Minnie Cline!

So much of what PTO does happens quietly in the background… planning events, organizing fundraisers, answering emails, making phone calls, shopping, decorating, setting up, cleaning up, and volunteering countless hours simply because we love our school and our kids. 🥹

Because of this team and the support of our MCES staff, families, and community, we’re able to put those fundraising dollars right back into our school — from Donuts with Grownups, dances, Trunk or Treat and Field Day to field trip bussing, teacher appreciation, classroom and staff support, student activities, school improvement projects like our new window wraps that are now officially COMPLETE, and SO much more. 🚌🍩🎃✨

To our board and chairs — your time, ideas, teamwork and hard work do not go unnoticed. Thank you for showing up, jumping in, and always being willing to do whatever needs done to make Minnie Cline a little more special. 🖤💛

We may be a small-town school, but there are some BIG hearts behind it.
