Throwback Thursday takes us back to Orangeburg, SC, for our Alumni Mixer & Tailgate as we came together for a day filled with Tiger pride, fellowship, good food, and great memories!

There’s nothing like bringing Savannah State alumni, friends, and supporters together on the road as we cheered on the Tigers against the Bulldogs of South Carolina State University.

From the pregame fellowship to the stands, the Tiger spirit was on full display! 💙🧡

We invite you to come out and enjoy a tailgate experience ahead of the Savannah State vs. South Carolina State game on Saturday, August 29, at Oliver C. Dawson Stadium in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The tailgate will begin at 4:00 p.m., and kickoff is set for 6:00 p.m.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to show your Savannah State pride before game time. We encourage you to enjoy this afternoon of fellowship, food, and school spirit.
