Hanging method works and I like it. For reference, these square mixed media paintings are 2.5” sq. These are quite textural since I started with a plaster substrate # painting

It only took 8 years. I am at last preparing these small works for hanging and showing. Many were created during my wonderful artist in residence experience at the Deering Estate park in Miami. From close encounters with nature to my Biology roots, each is a little universe of curiosity. Well, they are to me. Mixed media on watercolor paper.

Dreaming of

The American Dream is not gifted. The dream is the opportunity to work for a life like mine, here since 1982. We worked for our home, two concurrent art related wonderful careers, and a hopeful future. Endless adventures fill my memory. I (we) embraced America as our home and I am truly grateful for all it means. I came from out there: I know what we have. Cheers to all the friends and new family that I have gained in the USA and for all that they do. 🎂🇺🇸 🇺🇸

Humanoids (2026). These ladies (more will make their debut soon) resulted from collecting wood from our backyard, consisting of one or more of the following: Water Oak, Live Oak, Azalea and Crepe Myrtle wood plus a few rusty nails.
