100 days of school!

100th day!!!

This week in Bible class we talked about how to be a good friend…like the men who were so determined to get their friend to Jesus to be healed that they lowered him down from a hole in the roof. Besides having to carry him, they didn’t let a large crowd, a set of stairs, or a roof stop them! We worked as a team to get our paralyzed friend (Pete the Cat😆) to Jesus!

We had a Great morning at the 7th annual Carl Perkins Reindeer Run!! We loved seeing Donald Earl and his family today. Ms. Pat would love it so many people supporting the center. Big shout out to the teachers and students that came out and ran!! 👏

Sparky came to visit today!!

This week in Bible class: God made Samson’s body super strong so he could defeat the Philistines. When we put on the Armor of God, God makes our spirit strong so we can defeat Satan. The Lord’s army wears a belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shoes of peace, helmet of salvation, shield of faith, and sword of the Spirit! We are strong with the Lord’s mighty power!!(Ephesians 6:10-18)

(2s and 3s did not learn about the armor…due to shorter class times we just covered Samson. One of Ms. Trish’s groups did not get to dress up bc we had the fire truck visit)

We love our Savannah Fire department!!!

The 5's spent the week practicing kindness and compassion! We also learned a little about Johnny Appleseed!!
