Congratulations to the SVA Class of 1977 for winning Class of the Year! With 850 alumnae donors and 18% participation, we had a stellar turnout and more than doubled the national average of alumnae giving again! Bragging rights this year go to the SVA Class of 1977 who will receive a complimentary brunch at SVA! As our fight song states, "Loyal and True, Her Daughters Answer Her Call! SVA Hey!" Thank you, SVA Saints!

Today, we proudly honor two of our Reunion Year classes- 1961 and 1966-
Through changing times and the many milestones of life, they have carried with them the values of friendship, perseverance, and integrity that were nurtured within the halls of SVA.
When the Class of 1961 graduated, John F. Kennedy was inaugurated as the 35th President of the U.S., Alan Shepard became the first American in space on May 5th, and Breakfast at Tiffany's was one of the most popular movies.
For the Class of 1966, The Beatles and Beach Boys were popular music groups, the Gateway Arch was completed, and Lyndon B. Johnson was president during a year marked by an escalating Vietnam War.

These Saints truly saw a change in times during their formative years at SVA. We treasure each of them, and thank them for their loyalty and support.

Today, we proudly honor the SVA Classes of 1951 and 1956-

Through changing times and the many milestones of life, you have carried with you the values of friendship, perseverance, and integrity that were nurtured within the halls of SVA.
When the Class of 1951 graduated, America was entering a new era. The nation watched the Korean War unfold and television was transforming family life.
For the Class of 1956 America was on the move. President Eisenhower had just launched the Interstate Highway System, Elvis Presley was changing the sound of popular music, and the Civil Rights Movement was inspiring hope for a more just future.

Today, we proudly honor the Classes of 1941 and 1946—classes of Saints whose lives were shaped by extraordinary moments in history and whose resilience, character, and determination continue to inspire us.

The Class of 1941 stood at the threshold of a world forever changed, while the Class of 1946 emerged with renewed hope during a time of rebuilding and new beginnings. Together, these classes exemplify courage in the face of uncertainty, commitment to service, and unwavering dedication to family, community, and country.
