We are going to request that when you make your payments, please put detailed notes in. Most have been doing a wonderful job, but please don’t send us a refund request without any explanation why. That is very confusing to our team and you may already be on a list for will call tickets, and then we have to go through that list to remove it. We have been doing the same thing for years, let’s not make this difficult.

We will ANNOUNCE/POST soon where the tickets and tshirts will be distributed prior to the picnic. If your class paid for group tickets, please make sure you get the ticket from the group contact. Thank you!

A few housekeeping rules as the All Alumni Picnic approaches:

1. If you paid for 1 space, you will be allotted a 12 by 12 space. Please do NOT show up with a tent that takes up four spaces and your class paid for 1. The areas will be pre-marked and we are NOT adjusting anything the morning of.

2. Unless you have an ID that says you are 65 and above, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED in to help set up without purchasing a ticket first. Tickets can still be purchased for $10 until this coming Sunday night using the CashApp below and will be distributed at a time and location TBA before the picnic.

3. No extra Deejays. While music under your tent is okay, we need to be able to hear our main DeeJay and any important announcements, presentations, and performances throughout the day.

4. Per Bethesda, and us: NO BAR Setups and NO smoking of that GOOD GOOD some of yall like to smoke. NO Illegal Drugs. We will have student volunteers on the premises and any strong and overbearing whiffs of any of the funny stuff, you will be called out by the Sheriff’s department. Let’s not mess this up Bulldogs!

If you have alcoholic drinks, use your coolers.

5. There will be plenty of parking. No vehicles will be allowed on picnic areas. PERIOD. Please don’t ask.

6. Any classes that want to be set up along the river, for an additional $100 we have opened up that opportunity for your group to get that priority assignment. We already have two classes that will be set up there. As this is all in the heart of fundraising and giving back, we will consider that the VIB area!!! No bottle service though 🤪

7. No food dumping, no coal dumping. Although we are paying a cleaning fee, bring your own trash bags and clean up after yourselves. The committee are all VOLUNTEERS and we are not paid to clean up after adults.

8. Be kind. If you see someone whose class isn’t set up, welcome them under your tent. Feed them.

9. Remember our theme! Let’s see it throughout the tents and the entire event.

10. Come with a positive attitude and energy. That’s all we are dealing with that day! Most of all, come with Bulldog Pride and Spirit!

· Golden Bulldogs (Age 65+): FREE
· Mighty Bulldogs (Ages 12–64): $10 in Advance / $20 starting Sept 19
· Junior ‘Dawgs (Ages 4–11): $5
· Bullpups (Ages 3 & under): FREE

🛍️ Vending Opportunities:
· Informational Booths: $25
· Sales Booths: $100�(Informational booth space is limited and smaller this year.)

🏕️ Class Tent Spaces:�$80 per 12x12 space UNTIL 9/15/25. After that date $100– Show your class pride in style!

🎟️ NEW THIS YEAR – Digital Entry Bands!�Bands will be distributed before the picnic. If your class is purchasing in bulk, your rep will handle distribution. No band pickups at the gate, so plan ahead!

🎤 Calling All Talented Bulldogs!�Got a skill, voice, or performance to share? We’re looking for entertainment! Show us what you’ve got and help make this event electric!

🏆 Tent Contests Are Back & Better Than Ever!�Bring your A-game for the Best Decorated Tent and Best Theme contest! This year, we’re awarding 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place – so bring the heat!
