Industry experts are ready to help you put your best foot forward when searching for a job in our industry. Signups to have your work reviewed are now available for the Online Portfolio Reviews. Resume Doctors, however, do not require advanced signups. Learn more by visiting the links below.

Tomorrow at 2 pm GMT (10 am EST) feature film art director Luke Whitelock is doing a livestream session to demonstrate how he turns a SketchUp model into a working drawing on Layout! Day 9 in the Big Brother house, in case you missed it... I’m doing a live stream tomorrow (Friday 27th) at 2pm GMT. I’ll be covering how I turn a sketchup model into a working drawing in Layout. I’ll cover as much ground as I can in the hour, if you have any questions pre broadcast DM me and I’ll try and answer them during the tutorial. I’ve never done anything like this so not sure if it’s going to work but I’ll give it my best shot and hopefully it will give you something to do while we are all on lockdown. The picture above is what we’ll be aiming to produce. It’s a fairly basic apartment model. Tune in tomorrow and I’ll look forward to hearing from you all. If this is successful I’ll be looking at producing some more in depth tutorials. Attention USITT members!

The SCAD chapter of USITT (US Institute for Theater Technology) is making a comeback! With finals quickly approaching, let's get together for a quick stress doughnut and a moment of relief! Come relax and hear about USITT - and more specifically, a volunteer opportunity with the Junior Theater Festival (JTF) in Atlanta that's quickly approaching during winter quarter. Professor Ruth Hutson will also be there for support and storytime!

Being a USITT member is a GREAT resume addition!

When & where: Tuesday November 12th at 5pm in Crites room 213. There is also a supplemental meeting on November 8th at 1pm in the Dance at the Hive Lobby for those unable to attend on the 12th.
