AAAS Mass Media Science & Engineering Fellows Program

This 10-week summer program places science, engineering, and mathematics students at media organizations nationwide. Fellows use their academic training as they research, write, and report today’s headlines, sharpening their abilities to communicate complex scientific issues to the public.

"Todos se van" (Everybody Leaves)
Directed by Sergio Cabrera, Colombia
Tuesday, September 27 @ 12:30pm @ Ogeechee Theater

Based on a novel by the same name by Cuban poet and novelist Wendy Guerra, "Everybody Leaves" focuses on a young girl's struggle in post-revolutionary Cuba. This film is in Spanish with English subtitles, and is free to the public.

The Writing Center is located in Gamble Hall room 123 and are open:
