Founded in 2001, Drayton Glassworks is owned and operated by master glassblower Jonathan Poirier. After receiving his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Poirier studied glassblowing at Haystack Mountain School of Crafts and was awarded a three-year apprenticeship under Master Jan Erik Ritzman at Transjo Hyatta in Sweden.
