8th Grade Spotlight: Alton 🦅
For the past 10 years, Alton has been part of the Hancock family, growing up right here on our campus alongside his classmates and friends.
Known for his easygoing personality and strong friendships, Alton has made the most of his years as an HDS lifer.
One of his favorite Hancock memories was the unforgettable “hurricane” Merri-Mac trip in 7th grade, filled with adventure and bonding.
We cannot wait to see Alton continue his journey at Benedictine this fall!

In just two years at Hancock, Wyatt has quickly made his mark with his humor, personality, and fun-loving spirit.
One of his favorite Hancock memories was enjoying donuts during Chess Club.
We cannot wait to see all he accomplishes at Savannah Arts Academy!

For 10 years, James has been a steady and kind presence at Hancock.
Whether in the classroom or on the soccer field, he’s always been the type of student people enjoy being around. A great teammate, a hard worker, and one talented soccer player.
One of his favorite Hancock memories was being part of the SPAL Soccer Championship team!
We are proud of you, James, and can’t wait to see all you accomplish at Country Day!

A true HDS lifer, Hunter has spent 10 years growing up right here at Hancock.
Known for his kind heart and easygoing nature, he’s also been a dedicated athlete, making the most of every middle school season.
His legendary mullet years will not be forgotten. Some things just become part of school history.
His favorite memory? Playing middle school sports and being part of the team.

For 9 years at Hancock, Ana has brought a spark of cleverness and fun to our halls.

Her favorite memory, the 8th grade Washington, D.C. trip, was the perfect way to wrap up her Hancock journey.
