Memorial Day School is proud to honor Mrs. Gross for 40 years of dedicated service to our school community. From beginning her journey here as a student to shaping generations as an educator, her impact has been extraordinary. Her family’s legacy runs deep, as her mother served as Memorial Day School’s first Head of School, and today her grandchildren continue that tradition as MDS students. We are deeply grateful for Mrs. Gross’s leadership, kindness, and unwavering commitment to our school family 💙❤️

Our Teacher of the Year has dedicated herself to shaping lives through kindness, encouragement, and unwavering support for every student. She knows each child not just by name, but as a person, making every student feel seen, valued, and loved.
Whether in the classroom or greeting students with a smile during her favorite afternoon carpool duty, she brings joy, warmth, and positivity to our school every single day.
We also celebrate an incredible milestone — 30 years of dedicated service to Memorial Day School. For three decades, she has impacted generations of students and families through her compassion, commitment, and school spirit.
