August 2026 Calendar of events is here!

Tomorrow's the 1st day Hesse Bears! Are you ready?
Mission Possible for all our Bears in 2026-2027!

Just a few reminders: (Please be patient the 1st week during drop off and pick up).
Morning car riders will drop off using the single front drive car rider line between 7:45-8:15 a.m.
Follow the YELLOW arrows on the map below for arrival.
• When you pull up to the curb and come to a complete stop, a staff member will approach your vehicle and help your child exit your vehicle.
• Parents are expected to pull all the way forward when entering the car rider loading area. Please do NOT stop along the loading area unless instructed by a staff member.
• If you wish to park and walk your child, you must cross at the cross walk by the last parking lot row.
• Parents will be allowed to walk their children to class from August 1st-7th.
All car riders will be picked up using the front drive car rider line at the following times:
• PreK/Kindergarten @ 2:45 p.m.
• 1st/2nd grade @ 3:00 p.m.
• 3rd-5th grade @ 3:10 p.m.
• 6th-8th grade @ 3:15 p.m.
Children will only be loaded into cars that have a matching security carpool tag. If you have misplaced your carpool tag, you must walk to the front office to show your ID.
Parents are expected to pull all the way forward when entering the car rider loading area.
Please do NOT stop along the loading area when you see your child. A staff member will walk your child down to your car to laod.
If you are picking up multiple children in different grades, please arrive at the oldest child's dismissal time.
If you arrive too early, you will be asked to circle around (possibly more than one time).
Follow the BLUE arrows on the map below for dismissal. Please note that you may not turn left when exiting the campus during dismissal time as it backs up traffic.
