Does it count against them if they don't come tomorrow????
So thankful for my little sis that has stepped up and been like a second mom to Chelsea while Im away. She took her to the harvest festival at Northside Elementary School tonight. They had a good time 🧡🎗

And to “mawmaw” who is “trying” to keep bubba straight, which is hard to do these days 🫣 while doing all of my t shirt orders as well!

So thankful for all of my family that has been here for us through these last few months!

Does anyone know what time the 2nd grade is have their dinner
Is there a new deadline for yearbooks and 5th grade pages?

Northside is fortunate to have Mrs. Molly Carroll Shutt serving as our social worker. Ms. Molly is starting her 3rd year at Northside after working for several years at a children’s hospital in East Tennessee.

Ms. Molly works with our students and their families in many different ways. She serves as our homeless liaison, works with local and regional agencies to provide services outside of school, and supports our students and families who have needs that prevent them accessing school daily. Ms. Molly is very committed to making sure our students have a nurturing, supportive environment in which to learn.

We greatly appreciate all that she does at Northside.

Let’s meet our second grade teaching team! These amazing educators bring creativity, passion, and lots of experience to their classrooms. With a smile and a heart full of love for their students, these ladies work daily to increase reading and math proficiency in their students. STEAM is wildly popular at Northside! And most of the credit for that goes to Mrs. Beth Baugus, our STEAM Lab instructor. Ms. Beth loves STEAM and helps all of our students get excited about it when they visit her weekly.

Our students learn computer skills, work on their academics using computer software, and learn about robots, engineering, design, and so much more.

Ms. Beth started a STEAM Club for 5th graders last year that was very successful. At the end of the school year, these students led activities during our STEAM Family Night under the guidance of Ms. Beth.

We greatly appreciate Ms. Beth’s desire to provide hands-on learning opportunities for our students. We can’t wait to see what she does amazing this year!!

Today’s featured team at Northside is Pre-K. These ladies work with our youngest learners and strive to make their students’ first learning experiences wonderful.
