Today, we kicked off the 2026–27 Central Bank Youth Leadership program, and what a wonderful day it was with this awesome group of young leaders!

As we were wrapping up our day, the heartbreaking news of the passing of our beloved Dolly Parton reached our phones. Dolly was a true leader whose kindness, generosity, authenticity, and grace created ripples far beyond the stage. From opening the doors of imagination for millions of children through books to faithfully giving back to her Tennessee roots, she showed us that true leadership is not about recognition—it is about using your influence to help others dream bigger and become more.

Her words are ones we should all take to heart:

“If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then you are an excellent leader.” —Dolly Parton

What a powerful message for the beginning of our Youth Leadership journey. Let’s all strive to lead with kindness, serve others well, and be a little more like Dolly. 💛🦋

Another year of Youth Leadership flew by! Tonight, we had the honor of celebrating the graduation of an incredible group of young leaders. This class has truly been something special.

This year, the students voted on “Leader of the Year,” and for the first time, it ended in a tie! Congratulations to this year’s Leaders of the Year — Lyndi Kate Hosea & Paul Robert Pilkinton. Both are so deserving of this recognition.

Truthfully, if it were up to us, every student would have received a Leader of the Year plaque because all 28 students represented this program so well through their leadership, character, and dedication throughout the year.

We were also incredibly honored to present Michael Davis as an honorary Youth Leadership graduate. His leadership, support, and investment in students have helped shape this program for so many years, and we are grateful for the impact he has made on our schools and community.

This year has been so good, and it’s definitely bittersweet to see it come to an end. So proud of this group and excited to see the impact they will continue to make!

Backroads Day 2026 is officially in the books! 🛻🌲

Youth Leadership had the BEST time today riding side-by-sides with our friends from Outpost Outdoors and Main Street Cycles!

A huge thank you to Mr. Jay & Mrs. Cher for opening up their home to us and treating us to an incredible meal and unforgettable hospitality. We also want to thank Blake with MSC for spending the day with us and hauling us around in style on his NICE CFMOTO! 😎

Most importantly, we are grateful for the leadership lessons and wisdom Mr. Jay poured into our students today. Days like this are what Youth Leadership is all about — learning, growing, building relationships, and making memories together.

Just ONE session left… and it’s going to be a good one. Stay tuned for more! 👏💙🐅
