MEET OUR OWNER/DIRECTOR

I have dedicated 14 years and counting to Early Childhood Education, including 8 years working as an educator in our local school system. Throughout my career, I have always had a passion for helping children learn, grow, and discover the world around them.

After my own children had an experience in childcare that deeply concerned me, I knew I wanted to create something different. I decided to leave the school system and pursue my dream of owning a childcare center where children could feel safe, loved, valued, and supported every day.

Ready Set Grow ELA is more than just a childcare center it is a reflection of my heart and my commitment to children and families. I want every family who walks through our doors to have the kind of experience every parent hopes for: a safe, nurturing, engaging, and loving environment where their child can learn, grow, and reach their full potential.
