This has been a hard one to post for ‘ole Momvisor. As this is my Delaney’s last SLC and term as an officer it’s also the last for eight seniors. Each one who attended grew in a way beyond your belief. The closeness they have is unbreakable. This crew knows they can call me Lori Anne, Momvisor or mom at anytime. Like many we had our ups and downs but we have survived. All but one who attended this year was in my class. When someone asks what do you teach well it’s my normal four preps plus over 60 events in FBLA. By no means am I an expert at each event. We collaborate and work together on the projects. Brainstorming is our friend. In the next few weeks you may see some of these FBLA members as they are preparing for the National Leadership Conference in San Antonio at the end of June and the first July. I feel that it’s vital to give these students a chance to see what’s outside of Hardin County. Networking with fellow FBLA students from the US is so much fun to watch as an advisor. You will see pictures of other members from the state that the group has bonded with over their high school careers. Enjoy your spring break kids because it’s full force ahead for nationals when we return.
