We’re continuing our “Meet the Team” series by introducing you to Mrs. Roylene!

Mrs.Roylene is an important part of our office team and does so much to help make sure our students, families, and staff feel welcomed, supported, and taken care of! From helping keep things running smoothly in the office to stepping in to assist with our Lil’Ninjas when needed, she is always ready to help wherever she can!

Mrs. Roylene does so much for our SMA family, especially behind the scenes in our office. We’re kicking off our “Meet the Team” series by introducing you to Mr. Gabriel, our Head Instructor! 🔥

Mr. Gabriel has been training for 12 years and teaches and assists with all of our classes. He’s originally from Springfield, GA, and when he’s not on the mats, there’s a lot more to him than meets the eye!

Here are a few fun facts about Mr. Gabriel:

25 YEARS LATER. WE REMEMBER. 🇺🇸

In a quiet field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, a tragedy unfolded that would forever become part of our nation's history.

On September 11, 2001, United Airlines Flight 93 was hijacked by terrorists. As the passengers and crew learned what was happening, they made the courageous decision to fight back and attempt to regain control of the aircraft.

The plane ultimately crashed into this Pennsylvania field. All 40 passengers and crew members aboard Flight 93 lost their lives.

Today, this field stands as a place of remembrance a reminder of ordinary people who, in an extraordinary moment, showed incredible courage.

We remember the 40 lives lost.
We honor their courage.
We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Savannah Martial Arts is hosting our Trunk or Treat on October 17, 2026, from 5–8 PM, and we’re looking for local vendors to join us! 🍬🚗🎃
