Today was Walt Disney Day! Students were able to create a magic band, scan (with sound) into “the park” to watch a parade and fireworks show.

Ms. Barnes’ 5th grade class celebrating the end of testing with a Sip,Sip Hooray Cafe!

Our 5th grade gifted students participated in a museum walk to showcase their summative projects for The Giver. During the event, students from another 5th grade class visited the exhibits and provided thoughtful feedback using the TAG peer review strategy — Tell something you like, Ask a question, and Give a suggestion. This collaborative experience encouraged students to reflect on their work, strengthen their communication skills, and engage in meaningful discussions about the novel’s themes and ideas.
