In loving memory of Meda Falls, Director of the JSCC Savannah-Hardin County Center 1997-2022. We are very thankful for the time and efforts Meda put into making the Center a success. We loved her very much and we will miss her greatly. She truly was very special and one of a kind.

Memphis VA Medical Center is holding a Veterans Town Hall Meeting today, 1:00-2:30 in Room 132A, here at the JSCC Savannah Center.

The Savannah Center will close today at 4:00 due to flooding in the surrounding areas. All evening classes have been cancelled at this center.

The Bookstore at the Savannah Campus will be open today January 19th until 2:00 P.M.

All classes are cancelled Friday, January 19th, at all locations. The college will open at 10:00 A.M.

All locations of Jackson State Community College will be closed on Thursday, January 18, 2018. All locations will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, January 19, 2018 and classes will be held as scheduled.

Freezing precipitation in the form of sleet, freezing rain, and snow is forecast across all of West TN in the early morning hours on Friday and continuing throughout the day. The National Weather Service is expected to issue a Winter Storm Warning later this afternoon for the area. Temperatures are not expected to rise above freezing until sometimes on Monday. All locations of Jackson State will be closed on Friday, January 12, 2018.
