Phoenix Rising Defensive Arts Phoenix Rising Martial Arts is a martial arts club We specialize in the teaching of self-defense through traditional Hapkido training, applied to modern life.

We strongly emphasize the use of Hapkido philosophy to better oneself inside and outside of the Dojang (Korean Martial Arts School). Our students are taught that Hapkido is a Journey: The Path should build their bodies, minds and souls, *The Goal is learning and evolution, not the attainment of notoriety nor degree.*
