Friends - tell us what you're artsy view looks like today! 🖼 ☕️ Our director is enjoying the Bonfias exhibit in the gallery while sorting through To Do lists. (Art always makes work more enjoyable!)
Today is the last day to see this exhibit and the work of Laura Maze (shown), Dan Young, Catherine Benda and Tracy Anderson!

Deb's Boho Wooden windchime workshop was great fun! Using a variety of wooden utensils, beads and paint, participants crafted their own unique creations. There's always lots of laughter and can-do attitude in Deb's workshops!

We've been having so much fun this summer!
In July, we worked with artist and instructor Barb Rogers to host two Woodland Art Experience classes - one for children and one for adults. Barb taught participants in each class how to use bold lines and watercolors to create vibrant paintings of Woodland animals and florals. As she demonstrated line drawing, she spoke of the importance of choosing the scene so it told a story - from mukwa walking a path along the water to hunt for berries, to the otters playing in the waves, and the loon fishing the lake. Participants were guided from start to finish and Barb built in lots of support for the beginners. We can't wait to hold more classes with this instructor!
