To the serious practitioner, martial art training becomes a way of life, and over the years, your training partners can become a kind of extended family.

Judo: Tuesday/ Thursday 5:30pm youth- 6:30pm adults
Tai Chi: Monday 6:30pm
Cardio Kickboxing: Self Defense: Monday 5:30pm: Wednesday 7:00pm: Saturday 9:00am
