Had a great weekend of improv at the Detroit Improv Festival! On Saturday, I went to a workshop at Go Comedy! Improv Theater with Michelle Giorlando called Little Scene on the Prairie. Learned a ton about genre, POV, and voice. Friday and Saturday nights, I sat back and enjoyed the art of impov by troupes like Snow Day, World Builder, Brothers Jacokes, Flying Chuck, 2-Man No Show, Played Out, and Impronol!

A huge thank you to the 20+ people who have attended our improv sessions over the past 4 months. It has been a pleasure to watch everyone grow. We're going to take a little break for the summer, but stay tuned for the fall schedule.

Tomorrow join other writers at 6 PM here at Bayliss for inspiration, encouragement, as well as tips and tricks from other local writers. All experience levels welcome, bring what you're working on, or get excited to start something new.
