Our first days of school were a blast! 🎉 We loved reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new friends, and settling back into our routine.

There's something so special about walking back into our Catholic school family, and our hearts are full of gratitude for this community of faith, learning, and love.

We're all excited for the year ahead and everything we'll learn and grow through together — in mind, body, and spirit! 🙏💛

We’re proud to see our new principal, Danielle Hruby, featured in the Madison Catholic Herald’s spotlight on new school leaders across the Diocese of Madison!

A St. Al’s graduate herself, Mrs. Hruby returned after college to begin her teaching career here and has spent the past 13 years serving our students and families. We’re excited to see her begin this next chapter leading a community that has long been a second home to her.

Throwback Thursday: Before summer break, our 4th & 5th graders explored downtown Madison with a guided tour of the Wisconsin State Capitol and Monona Terrace. Students learned about our state's three branches of government and the work of Wisconsin's most famous architect, Frank Lloyd Wright!

We are full of gratitude for God's beautiful blessings on our school! We are happy to announce our new hires for the 2026/2027 school year. God truly had a hand in bringing these two wonderful additions to our staff. Thank you to all the parishioners, alumni, school families, and other friends who have been praying throughout this process — your prayers have been answered in abundance!

Throwback Thursday: The Littles and Bigs field trip to Devil's Lake & Wisconsin Dells Jet Boats!

Despite the weatherman's best attempts to worry us, we were treated to a gorgeous day filled with sunshine, fishing, sandcastles, and one unforgettable boat ride! Our kindergartners and first graders brought their 5th-grade and middle school buddies along for the fun — and what a time it was!

The 3rd graders went on an adventure last week to Devil's Lake State Park. ☀ They hiked on the rocks, splashed in the water, and were entertained with team-building games like the parachute! And of course, no field trip could be complete without stopping to grab something delicious from Culvers! 🍦

Ziplines, giant swings, team challenges, and… rappelling off a CLIFF?! 😱

Our 5th–8th graders wrapped up the school year the only way they know how — with a whole lot of adventure at Bethel Horizons! This tradition never gets old, but this year our students took it to a whole new level. The courage, confidence, and encouragement we saw from our students were absolutely incredible.

Here's to ending the year on a high note — literally! We are so proud of every single one of them! 🙌❤️
