Dear Parents/Guardians:
Our school needs your help! A small group has been trying to bring back a parent/guardian teacher organization to our middle school with little movement. Parent/Guardian organizations show support/gratitude for our teachers/staff, which take care of our children. They also help to provide additional resources for our children.
Benefits of parents/guardians volunteering:
• Your child’s academics could improve
• It can improve parent-teacher communication
• Teachers/staff love it
• It could improve your child’s behavior
• It can create an overall positive and welcoming environment
• It can help students develop a greater sense of self-efficacy
• You can improve your own feelings towards the school
• Meet new people and strengthen current relationships
Our next Family Support Team Meeting is Wednesday, January 17th at 6:30 pm at the Middle School. We need to vote in a secretary and treasurer for the initial board to apply for a 501c3 status. This vote needs to take place on Wednesday.
PLEASE consider being that person and be part of change. As a mom and wife that runs a successful business, I want to see this succeed for our school.

Tuesday, October 24th:
The Sauk Prairie Middle School F.A.S.T. group is asking for help in putting together a meal for staff members. This will be for our second evening of Parent/Teacher Conferences on Tuesday, October 24th.
The food theme for this night for staff is taco bar! If you would like your containers back, please label them! Please have food delivered to the Middle School by 3:30 PM to the Middle School Office. Thank you in advance for volunteering to help feed our amazing middle school staff!
