This year, students and staff submitted nominations recognizing outstanding members of our school community who embody leadership, kindness, perseverance, academic excellence, service, and school spirit.
From a school community of more than 380 students, a select group of finalists emerged after a comprehensive review of nominations, student essays, academic records, and evidence of impact within and beyond our school community.
We are proud to recognize this year’s Principal’s Award recipients:
🎓 High School Recipients
💙 Reem Ahrabar ’26
• Helped lead PCSS II’s Robotics Club to a 2nd Place finish in NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) Invention Challenge (Non-California Division).

• Maintained exceptional academic performance while completing one of the school’s most rigorous programs, including AP Biology, AP Physics C, AP Research, and Dual Enrollment Calculus III.

• Recognized by teachers and peers alike for her kindness, leadership, initiative, and commitment to helping others thrive.
To our finalists, nominees, and every student who took the time to apply or nominate a peer: thank you.
Your stories reminded us that leadership is not always loud. Often, it is found in the student who quietly helps a classmate, creates opportunities for others, perseveres through challenges, or uses their talents to make the community stronger.
Please join us in congratulating Reem, Nina, Aarti, and all of our Principal’s Award finalists for their outstanding contributions to the PCSS II community! 💙🎓
