Sat Nam,
as we move through this season of Ta**us energy please remember to take good care of your physical body. maybe a bit more rest, maybe a bit more of clean food, maybe starting a new meditation practice, maybe getting into nature more. A time to give gratitude to this vessel that houses your spirit.
We have a Full Moon tomorrow Friday the 1st of May and we will be practicing at White Feather Farm join us if you can, come the next morning 10am to practice more and get the maximum benefit from this Moon energy... release stagnant emotions and energies so that we can move through this season with clarity and love of self.
