With great sadness 😭 I will no longer be running the Westside Elites Running Club or at Westside. Long story short I was hired as the head Boys and Girls Cross Country Coach at Viera High School and then hired as a PE teacher few days later! None of this was planned and sometimes life has a funny way of doing things! I'm excited on one hand but sad in another. Funny, the first year I started it I thought I'd might get 50 kiddos, never thought over 200!! From races, practices, obstacle course races, to fun practices flipping tires or tug of war battles, these kids did hard things 💪🏻 and I always marveled at what they were doing as K-6th graders. Some still came back to join our team too! We had a great run 🙌🏻 and this will always hold a special memory with me! I hope that someone will carry the team on and asked that they keep the page up 🩵 I'm always around if need anything and see some of you at the races 😊
