The Sales Surtax renewal is paid for by everyone who shops in Brevard and funds major improvements to our school facilities. This is not a new tax.

Sales Surtax funding allows Brevard Public Schools to complete essential projects that keep campuses safe, comfortable, and ready to serve students for years to come.

At Surfside, Sales Surtax funding made new air conditioners possible. These new units keep our classrooms cool and students ready to learn.

From updated air-conditioning systems and new roofs to renovated classrooms, playgrounds, tracks, and safety improvements, these investments help ensure our school buildings continue meeting the needs of students and staff.

The Millage renewal supports opportunities that keep students active, engaged, and connected through elementary athletics. This is not a new tax.

Millage funding helps make Brevard Public Schools’ Elementary Sports Program possible, giving students in grades 3–6 the opportunity to participate in organized sports right at their neighborhood school with no fees, no tryouts, and no transportation barriers.

At Surfside, elementary sports, including soccer and flag football, provide students with opportunities to build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and stay active through healthy competition and school pride.

Millage funding helps make these opportunities accessible to students across Brevard Public Schools.

PIZZA! 💙🐾💛🍕

Enjoy Domino’s pizza on Wednesday and support Surfside. Domino’s is donating 30% of participating orders on Wednesday. We have already raised over $400 for Surfside. Thank you, Domino’s!

Families must follow the participation instructions included in the flyer so orders are connected to our fundraiser.

We had a fantastic Walk to School Morning! Thank you Satellite Beach Police, Satellite Beach Fire, Space Coast TPO, our amazing crossing guards, and safety patrols for keeping us safe as we all walked to school together. The annual Bagel World Muffin Toss was fun, too!
