Hello everyone! It's hard to believe, but Grad Night is only 8 weeks away! The Grad Night Committee has been working so hard putting together this awesome event for our kids. In order to make this event a success, we need your help. There are many opportunities to help. We will need help with the following:
* Donate food/supplies/money to purchase items
* Lend items such as large coolers (preferably with wheels), chafer dishes, coffee urn/hot beverage dispenser (45+ cup capacity) for hot water, 6' or 8' folding tables, etc.
* Volunteer to store non perishable items that are donated
* Volunteer to pick up and deliver items/food to Boomers on Friday, June 7th
* Volunteer to check in students on Friday, June 7th
* Volunteer to help set up/clean up on Friday, June 7th at Boomers and for the bonfire at Lynbrook
* Volunteer to help chaperone the event at Boomers (2 shifts) and bonfire at Lynbrook (1 shift)
